Our promise and guarantee

     All of our Yorkies are given the highest level of care and are all vet checked and cleared of health concerns prior to delivery. Any shots that are deemed necessary or any medical attention needed prior to delivery will be the responsibility of Yorkies of Madeira Ranch and all veterinary paperwork will be sent along with the puppy. AKC or APRI paperwork will also be sent within one week of delivery. We do this is to make sure you are happy with your purchase and we try to avoid any loss of paperwork. Our Guarantee includes a (1) year health guarantee, as well as a lifetime promise to help with placement should you decide you cannot keep your Yorkie. We want to make sure our Yorkies always have a happy and loving home, and never end up in a shelter. Although we cannot guarantee placement, we do have numerous contacts to help assist in finding a new home should you need, and we never want anyone left with out knowing what options they have. Upon delivery of your puppy we ask that you have your new family member checked by a licensed veterinarian for a wellness check within 48 hours to activate your guarantee. Deposits will be taken on a fist come basis and full payment is required (1) day prior to delivery. Puppies will not be cleared for delivery prior to 10 weeks of age and at least 2 pounds.
